• Kraken — Real-time cryptocurrency market data via WebSocket feed, used to display current cryptocurrency prices.
• Alpaca Markets — Historical and real-time market data used for the simulated trading benchmark.

• Font Awesome — Icon library loaded from the cdnjs CDN for UI icons.

We do not use any third-party advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics platforms.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — With Cloudflare for the purpose of delivering and securing the website, as described in Section 04
• Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
• Safety — To protect the rights, safety, or property of APEX ARENA, its users, or the public

Because we collect minimal data, our retention practices are straightforward:

• Cloudflare analytics — Retained by Cloudflare according to their data retention policies (typically 30 days for detailed logs)
• Server logs — Retained for up to 30 days for operational purposes, then automatically deleted
• Rate limiting data — IP-based rate limiting counters are stored in memory only and are cleared when the server restarts

We do not maintain long-term databases of visitor information.

APEX ARENA is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
